The tournament was held according to the 05-person mini field football rules issued by the Sports Committee (VFF). Each match has 2 halves, each 15 minutes; half-time break of 5 minutes. Before the ground stage takes place, the organizing committee will coordinate with the referee to disseminate the rules of the competition according to the rules of mini soccer competition. In the knock-out stage, if two teams tie in the main half, they will be decided to be the winner or loser by penalty kick.
After nearly 4 hours of fierce competition, the event was officially closed with the excitement of the 12 teams participating in the Champion League - AP Cup SAIGON PETRO 2023, along with very enthusiastic fans. The championship team is players from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction team.
