2007-2008SAIGON PETRO acquired Castrol’s plant.
2008AP SAIGON PETRO JSC was founded, with the largest shareholder (44%) being Ho Chi Minh City Petroleum Single-Member LLC.
2010

Produced lubricants for various types of machinery and vehicle, such as motor oil (for motorbikes and automobiles), ship lubricants and industrial oils.

2010Be qualified for ISO 9001: 2008 Quality System Certification, accredited by the International Organization for Standardization.
2014Developed automatic capping lines for pail packaging products.
2014Be qualified for Villas, a system of laboratory recognition and Vietnamese calibration.
2015

Invested in new, modern production lines for small-sized (0.8L and 1L ) products.

2015Began manufacturing and launching the most premium motorcycle lubricant product line Green Power SN.
2016

Upgraded the Flowmeters base oil counter for easier and faster extraction of base oil.

2016-2017Signed a VND 22-billion product liability insurance contract for 71 automobile engine lubricant products and all motorbike engine lubricant products. 
2018Obtained Certificate of Conformity to National Technical Regulation on internal combustion engine lubricants - QCVN 14:2018/BKHCN issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
2018Finalized a quality management system in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2015, certified by the International Organization for Standardization.
2020Initiated (officially) the "Enterprise Management Information System Software ERP – SAP Business One" Project
