With the goal of accompanying and sticking to long-term development in the business of selling and distributing AP SAIGON PETRO lubricants. Distributor Anh Kiet completed the basic knowledge training course on lubricants organized by AP SAIGON PETRO and the company went into operation in 2018 as the official distributor of AP SAIGON PETRO.
The sharing session of “Mr. Nguyen Minh Dang – Customer Service Manager” provided a lot of useful information about lubricant knowledge for distributors. Besides updating new information about the company, the following key information was shared during the training session:
- International standard lubricant certifications (API, JALOS, CUMMINS, MAN TRUCK AND BUS AG, VOLVO, NMMA, DAIMLER CHRYSLER)
- National technical regulation on lubricants Internal combustion engines Uses of lubricants (cleaning, cooling, anti-oxidation, surface protection, ...)
- Composition in lubricating oil
- How to classify lubricants so that there is a suitable choice for each type of vehicle and machine to help them extend their service life
- Technical parameters of each type of lubricant: viscosity, viscosity index, flash point and volatility,etc.
All of the above important information will help distributors understand the basic knowledge about the uses and features of lubricants, each suitable for each type of vehicle or specialized machinery. differentiated products and from there will offer consulting strategies, introduce products to customers, encourage customers to buy products immediately.
