(About changing the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020)
Dear Shareholders of AP Saigon Petro JSC,
- Pursuant to the Charter of the Board of Directors of AP Saigon Petro Joint Stock Company.
- Pursuant to the Enterprise Law No. 68/2014/QH13.
In the situation of complicated developments of the epidemic caused by COVID-19, the Company seriously implemented all safety measures according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, as well as according to the "action plan to respond to COVID-19 epidemic" previously issued internally by the Company.
Following the direction of the Prime Minister on urgent measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, at the same time to limit the risk of spread and ensure the health and safety of shareholders.
The Board of Directors of AP Saigon Petro JSC is pleased to announce the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020, as follows:
1. Time to hold the General Meeting: Expected not later than June 30, 2020.
2. Information about the official letter requesting an extension of the time to hold the Congress is posted on the website: https://apsaigonpetro.com.
