AP SAIGON PETRO would like to sincerely thank distributors for trust, support and effective cooperation in distributing AP SAIGON PETRO lubricants during the past time.
AP SAIGON PETRO would like to inform distributors:
1. Change AP SAIGON PETRO genuine product verification method:
Our company will change the method of verifying AP SAIGON PETRO genuine products from the old form of anti-counterfeit stamps to the form of information checking via a quick response code (QR code). This code is now available on all lubricant packaging from 120ML tube packaging; bottles 0.8Liter, 1Liter, 4Liters, 5Liters; 18Liters bucket; 25Liters can; 200Liters drums for both AP Oil and Saigon Petro brands.
This change only applies for lubricant packaging from 120ML tube packaging; bottles 0.8L, 1L, 4Liters, 5Liters; 18Liters bucket; 25Liters can for both AP Oil and Saigon Petro brands.
Note: The 200Liters drum product of both AP Oil and Saigon Petro brands continues to be sticked with anti-counterfeiting stamps.
2. Application period: Products manufactured after October 15, 2018: stop sticking anti-counterfeiting . Particularly, some products that are in stock at the factory or are on the market and have been stamped with anti-counterfeiting stamps: are still allowed to be circulated until they are used up.
3. The superiority of the method of checking information via quick response code (QR code): It is possible to quickly check right on smartphones with photo function with specialized applications such as QR Code Reader, Vietnamese Barcode,… or Zalo application. Scanning the QR code will directly know all the details of that product (product name, origin, ingredients, uses, ...)
This discontinuation of anti-counterfeiting stamps and changes to this method of verifying genuine products do not affect the aesthetics and legality of AP SAIGON PETRO product packaging.
