The meeting was attended by major shareholders including Ho Chi Minh City Petroleum Company Limited, AP Vietnam Holdings Pte Ltd, Tram Anh Production-CN-Trading Company Limited and a number of shareholders, authorized persons, accounting for 93.97% of the voting shares attended the meeting, qualified to conduct the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law.
After more than 4 hours of serious work, the Congress ended with the following results:
- 100% approval of the report on production and business activities in 2019 and business plan in 2020.
- 100% passed the 2019 audited financial statements
- 100% through the profit distribution plan and dividend payment in 2019
- 100% approved the remuneration plan for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2020.
- 100% through choosing an Independent Auditing Company for the fiscal year 2020
- 100% approved the operation report of the Supervisory Board in 2019
The resolution was approved by the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and took effect from June 26, 2020.
