Cat Lai Lubricant Plant is located in Cat Lai Industrial Zone, next to Route 25B of Saigon New Port, having its own wharf system on Dong Nai River to receive container ships of up to 25,000 DWT. The plant has a capacity of 25,000 tons per year, and is certified with Quality Management Standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Hệ thống kho bãi có tổng diện tích khoảng 14,000 m2, hệ thống bồn chứa dầu gốc, phụ gia và thành phẩm có tổng sức chứa 4,500 m3. Công nghệ sản xuất khép kín bán tự động và hệ thống chiết rót liên hoàn và điều chỉnh được đáp ứng yêu cầu đa dạng hóa sản phẩm từ 0.8 lít, 01 lít, 04 lít, 05 lít, can 18 lít, 25 lít và phuy 200 lít.
Phòng Nghiên Cứu và Phát Triển được trang bị hệ thống trang thiết bị máy móc, phòng thí nghiệm hiện đại, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển sản phẩm mới cũng như kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm trong suốt quá trình sản xuất. Năm 2014, phòng thí nghiệm Dầu Nhờn Cát Lái được cấp chứng chỉ công nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ILAC, APLAC MRA.
| The plant covers a total area of 15,000m2 including a warehousing system and a tanking system for base oil, additives and finished products with a capacity of 4,500m3. The plant employs semi-automatic closed production technology and adjustable extracting/filling systems to accommodate the need of product diversification, manufacturing bottles of 0.8 liters, 01 liters, 04 liters and 05 liters, cans of 18 liters and 25 liters, and drums of 200 liters. |
