Cat Lai Lubricant Plant is a subsidiary of AP SAIGON PETRO located in Cat Lai Industrial Zone, capable of producing more than 25,000 tons of lubricants per year and officially recognized as conforming to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Standard.
In addition, AP SAIGON PETRO has a professional workforce of more than 100 employees aged 25 to 30 years, highly-skilled, well-qualified and comparably experienced. We work daily with thousands of customers with different needs to provide the most effective lubrication solutions.
Given the above advantages, AP SAIGON PETRO seeks to find business partners in lubricant processing of all kinds, such as car and motorcycle manufacturers who want to develop their own brand of lubricants, or international oil & gas companies planning to enter the lubricant market in Vietnam. We undertake all stages of making a complete lubricant product, from importing base oils, blending, filling to packaging according to the customized formulas and specifications.
