SP GEAR OIL EP 220 is suiable for:

STORAGE: Less than 60^oC. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources and sources of ignition, avoid water contamination, and do not mix with other oils.

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Health & safety: SP GEAR OIL EP 220 does not pose any significant health hazards when used properly according to instructions and in compliance with personal and industrial hygiene standards. Avoid contact with skin. Use impermeable gloves with used oil. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and waterinhibitors
• Protect the environment: Collect used oil to designated collection points. Do not discharge into sewers, ground or water sources. Guidance on Health and Safety in available on the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), which can be obtained from http://www.apsaigonpetro.com.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Not recommended/support:

For systems using filters with a pore size of less than 10 microns, controlling foam will be very difficult, leading to reduced lubrication performance.

For hypoid gear applications, it is recommended to use gear oil, SP GEAR OIL EP GL-4, GL-5 respectively.

• Compatibility with oils: SP GEAR OIL EP 220 is compatible with most other mineral-based industrial gear oils. When adding a different type of oil is required, please consult the APSP technical team for the necessary guidance.
